Polygon services first form was from 1973 and new form from 1982.   In the Gourmet program there was extra eight pieces including some heat-resistant  objects.

Astiaston ensimmäinen versio on vuodelta 1973.  Vuonna 1982 muoto uusittiin, jolloin tuli tuotantoon Polygon Gourmet -sarja. Polygon Gourmet -sarja sisältää myös uuninkestäviä osia, jotka ovat valmistettu kuumuutta kestävästä keraamisesta materiaalista (Cordalit)
